Title Game Exercise

                                                                                Jello

Jello is a magical substance that can be whatever it wants. It’s liquid base starts out runny and small but as time goes on it forms into a solid object. This development seems to resemble the circle of life. Humans, plants, animals, and even the world share the same development as jello.

Click

The team came together to celebrate their first win of the season, the excitement and joy in the locker room after an amazing victory was an energy that couldn’t be matched. Everyone went home that night with excitement and tiredness being able to easily sleep while dreaming about the next game. Being the star player juking every defender, running for every touchdown, along with being the best defensive player, this is what each and every player's dreams consisted of. Then the next week came faster than ever and it was game time. The game was against our school's rival and after coming off an amazing victory the team was amped and ready. The school is more excited than ever and players are feeding off of their energy. It is kickoff and I had tunnel vision, envisioning every moment of my dream only to physically feel a click within my lower body. Everything happened so fast, I didn’t know how to react, my teammates ran over to me asking for me to get up for the next play, but I couldn't. The bottom half of my body is numb and in the span of 40 seconds I felt like I had just lost 20 years of my life. Finally I was rushed to the emergency room and the doctor said “don’t worry kid we’re going to do the best we can just stay calm” he then began to say “close your eyes in 3 2 1”. I spurred up faster than ever throwing my blanket off of me, having sweat all over your body quickly grasping my legs only to realize it was all a dream.

Legends never die

There are so many meanings to life, but everyone wants to leave a legacy. Creating an impact in this world is one of the deepest and most important pieces to life. Over the span of life the world has had so many special people who have made history and have created a trendsetting culture. These people are known as legends, a legend is someone who has left an impactful legacy. He is known and respected by everyone he has deeply touched. After a legend passes away something feels off, you can’t put a finger on what is wrong but everything just seems off. People feel gloomy and down, it almost feels like there's something wrong in the air. But in the end the legend who passes will never be forgotten and in fact their legacy is still very much alive and still impacting the lives of newer generations who had never even heard of them. In the end legends truly never die because their legacy will forever live on.

Cool style

After a long hard day at work I got home and was eating dinner with my family when my son came out begging for the newest Nike socks. I was so confused because my son has never been into sportswear and Nike clothes. I asked him “why do you want Nike socks” he responded with “it is what all the cool kids are wearing at school”. In my head I began to reminisce about how when he was in elementary school he would grab his iron man shirt and his favorite blues clues socks and rock them like no other. I stood up from the dinner table and told him I’d get him the Nike socks. He jumped up in joy giving me a huge hug. The next night I came home with the Nike socks, my son tried them on and something caught my eye. The socks looked absolutely terrible on him and I couldn’t figure out why, but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to hurt his feelings. The next day he came home from school complaining that his feet hurt and that the socks were uncomfortable but he continued to wear the socks everyday for the next week. Finally, the socks needed to be washed and in the meantime my son wore his favorite fuzzy blue sock along with his neon green jacket and in that moment I thought “ayeee cool style” then I began to understand. Cool style correlates with the authenticity and match between the clothing and the person. This is why the Nike socks looked so bad on him, because it wasn’t him. I then told him “you know son, those socks look cooler than ever” and he proceeded to smile.

How do you have fun?

I’ve always had a group of friends that I’ve hung out with since I was a little kid. I’d consider them my best friends. Over the years we have all grown up together and are now going into our third year of high school. Recently we’ve all been hanging out together and the vibe just seems off, it doesn’t look like they’re having fun and honestly I’m not having fun either. Then I started to question why? We’ve been hanging out at amusement parks and malls, and all of these places have always been our go to spots. One day we got invited to a party, when we got there it was crazy. People were drinking, playing beer pong, and dancing with each other. I felt so uncomfortable but I saw that my friends were truly having fun again. After the party we went back home to one of my friends' houses and played video games. Again the vibe was off and no one was having fun except for me, I was having a blast killing zombies on call of duty. At that moment I felt like I could have played that game 24/7. In the following week we all went to the mall, and we passed by a club and I could tell that it caught the attention of all my other friends except for me, eventually they ended up going and I made the excuse that I didn’t have money on me. I kept walking through the mall and finally came across an arcade. My face lit up as if it was 6pm and the sun was glowing. I spent the rest of my night at the arcade alone and had the time of my life.

Eat

Me and the rest of my crew were deep in the galaxy fighting off the creatures of Jupiter. After the battle me and my crew looked into our fighter kit realizing we were in scarce of food. This became a big reoccurring issue until we all finally said we have to eat something. Our muscle was beginning to deplete and we barely had enough energy to battle. We started scavenging around eating anything that looked edible. I found the oddest looking object coming out of what looked like a tree. It was green with a tint of orange and resembled the shape of a jalapeño pepper. I slowly and passionately put one end of the jalapeño looking pepper into my mouth and took a bite expecting it to taste like a big juicy Lucy. Four seconds later I started gagging wanting to get the taste out of my mouth because of how disgusting it was. But it didn’t matter, the second that pepper went through my system I could feel a sensation running throughout my body and suddenly I had a bit of energy. I could think a little better, I could see a little better, and I could move a little better. At that moment I realized I have to eat in order to perform. No matter what the substance is, I need to win this battle.
